SunDose (“SunDose”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the SunDose mobile application (the “App”).

SunDose is a wellness-focused app that provides UV index tracking, tanning session management, hydration reminders, and personalized skin care routines. SunDose is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice.

Support requests: If you contact us, we may collect your email address and the content of your message.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

SunDose does not collect advertising identifiers or track users across apps.

Depending on your settings, we may collect:

App usage events (screen views, feature usage)
Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, region)
Crash diagnostics and performance data

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or personal content. Location is used only through Apple WeatherKit to fetch UV and weather data and is never stored or transmitted to our servers.

2.3 Notifications

If you enable notifications, SunDose schedules local notifications only. No personal data is uploaded to send reminders.

We use information to:

Provide and improve the App
Diagnose and fix crashes
Improve reliability and user experience
Provide customer support
Verify subscription entitlements

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple via your Apple ID. We do not receive your full payment information.

Limited data may be shared with service providers solely to operate the App, under confidentiality obligations.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for support and diagnostics.
