These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SunDose mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

SunDose provides UV index tracking, tanning session management, hydration reminders, and personalized skin care routines intended to support wellness habits. SunDose does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Payments

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Pricing and available plans may vary by region.

3.2 Auto-renewal

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Managing subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3.4 Trials and offers

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, it may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

3.5 No refunds (Apple policy)

Refund requests are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the App’s operation or security

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and content are owned by SunDose or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Health Disclaimer

SunDose is for general wellness purposes only. The App provides information about UV exposure and tanning but is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns. UV exposure carries inherent risks including sunburn, premature aging, and skin cancer. Use the App responsibly.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunDose will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, to the extent applicable consumer laws require.
